At La Ventana Hostel, we value what new people can bring to the table, come to learn new skills while enjoying our place, we believe in the power of exchanging cultural, social and working skills to make our place better each day. We are located in La Ventana, Baja California Sur, a small town known for its rich ocean life, water sports and outdoor activities. We look for people that are responsible, outgoing and great at teamwork.

Basic tasks involve working at reception, cleaning the common areas, preparing activities for other volunteers and guests, working at our smoothie bar/coffee shop, interact with guests and help them during their stay, work on projects you are good at, and most importantly feeding our 3 cats (Cornelius, Penelope and Quesito). You will meet amazing people, use all facilities like our one-of-a-kind shared kitchen with ocean views, rooftop terrace, access to wifi, a place to work and stay during the program.
